Jonathan Kieliszak is Co-Founder & CTO of Deduction, where he leads the engineering team building Taylor, CPAI, an AI tax agent designed to bring tax guidance to everyone.

Before Deduction, Jonathan spent over nine years as Vice President of Engineering at Latch, helping scale the company's technical infrastructure through its growth to a public listing. Prior to Latch, he co-founded Kickoff, which became the most popular mobile dating app in Latin America before its acquisition by Paktor.
